At Fire Forged Nutrition, we want customers to receive the products they ordered in good condition. The following policy explains when products may be returned, replaced, or refunded.
30-Day Return Period
Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a standard return, the product must:
- Be unopened and unused;
- Have its original seal intact;
- Be in its original packaging; and
- Be returned within 30 days of the documented delivery date.
Before sending a product back, please contact Fire Forged Nutrition with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without contacting us first may delay processing.
Opened Products
Because Fire Forged Nutrition sells dietary supplements intended for consumption, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return or refund for reasons such as changing your mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction after opening the product.
This does not prevent you from contacting us about a product that arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise has a legitimate product-quality issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect product, please contact Fire Forged Nutrition promptly after delivery.
Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We may also request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping materials, lot or batch information, and shipping label.
After reviewing the issue, Fire Forged Nutrition may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy as applicable.
Please do not discard a damaged or defective product or its packaging until we have had an opportunity to review the issue.
Return Shipping
For ordinary returns that are not the result of an error by Fire Forged Nutrition, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return results from an incorrect product sent by Fire Forged Nutrition or another verified issue for which we are responsible, we will provide appropriate return instructions.
Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for standard returns.
If a refund results from an error by Fire Forged Nutrition or another qualifying issue, shipping charges may also be refunded when appropriate.
Refund Processing
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will determine whether it meets the requirements of this policy.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
After a refund is issued, additional processing time may be required before the credit appears on your account. Processing times are determined by the applicable bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Refused and Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to Fire Forged Nutrition because of refusal, an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery, or another delivery issue will be reviewed individually.
Any applicable shipping or return costs may be deducted from a refund when the return was not caused by an error by Fire Forged Nutrition, to the extent permitted by law.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Fire Forged Nutrition as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has shipped, but cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it generally cannot be canceled or redirected by Fire Forged Nutrition. If eligible, the customer may request a return after receiving the order in accordance with this policy.
Suspected Fraud or Abuse
Fire Forged Nutrition reserves the right to review return, replacement, and refund requests for suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of this policy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
